• The plasticover tongue is a very flexible Roseau tongue covered with a thin layer of synthetic material. The plasticover is very resistant to humidity and climate changes, allowing you to play even under the sun. The life span of the plasticover tab is very long. Rico recommends the plasticover reed for outdoor playing, and for musicians transitioning from one instrument to another.
