TERMS AND CONDITIONS “BODEGAZO” DISCOUNTS PHYSICAL STORE 2022

The terms and conditions relating to the different discounts that will be applied to the products of September 12 are hereby established while selected stocks last*

I. Discount mechanics

Bodegazo Discount

A discount will be made on the price listed on the products selected for the promotion. This promotion will only apply to products selected and purchased only in the Ortizo SAS physical store.

The consumer will be able to purchase the products they want with the discount assigned to each of the selected references. Taking into account that it is while stocks of each product last.

*Ortizo SAS will have a limited number of products to which the corresponding discount will be applied. These products will be displayed in each of the sections in physical stores. The discount will be valid until the last stock of each type of product is exhausted.

The corresponding discount can go up to 70% on selected references and will be maintained until the last product is sold out according to each category of the limited number of products.

The corresponding discount at the “Bodegazo” will be exclusive to final consumers. Ortizo SAS reserves the right to cancel any transaction that fails to comply with any provision described in both these discount terms and conditions and the general terms and conditions found on the website: www.ortizo.com.co

Ortizo SAS reserves the right to reject and cancel any order that, due to its characteristics, Ortizo SAS determines does not apply to the “Bodegazo” discount described in this document. This rejection or cancellation of the order will be made without prior notice to the consumer.

By purchasing a product it is understood that the consumer has accepted these terms and conditions. The data collected during the validity of the discount corresponding to the “Bodegazo” will be treated in accordance with the privacy policy and personal data processing available on the website: www.ortizo.com.co

*The stocks subject to the promotion are limited and will be designated through an inventory called discounted auction products October 31, 2022.

II. Discount validity

The discount will be valid for purchases made from 09:00 am on September 12, 2022 until stocks of the references selected for this promotion last. III. Discount coverage

The “Bodegazo” discount applies solely and exclusively to purchases made in person in physical stores in Bogotá DC, discounted products only apply to selected and marked products found in each section.

IV. Restrictions

The discount applies to selected references. The products participating in the promotion are classified as imperfect, repaired, remanufactured, repowered, used or discontinued products. Therefore, the consumer accepts that the legal guarantee will not be enforceable in relation to what is accepted. With the purchase of the product, it is understood that the user observed and knew the product physically before making the purchase.

The client accepts that some references are latest units and may have flaws in: sound, colors, finishes, accessories.

The “Bodegazo” discount does not apply to purchases in the online store www.ortizo.com.co, Mercado Libre, Falabella and Pepe Ganga.

For payments, purchases made with Visa, MasterCard, Dinners Club International, Codensa cards and cash payments are accepted.

It does not apply to payments by Efecty and Via Baloto.

Does not apply to payments on delivery.

V. Territory of all advertised discounts

The discounts detailed in these terms and conditions for the month of May 2021 on the stipulated dates will only be applied to purchases made in physical stores in Bogotá, Chapinero Main Headquarters and North Headquarters.

VII. Applicable law

Consumers accept and acknowledge that the applicable law for any dispute that arises in relation to discounts will be that of Colombia. Therefore, they waive any type of claim in another jurisdiction.
