The A4 Plus FMMH is the reference Cort bass designed and built for the working musician who requires excellent performance and constant reliability concert after concert. With a one-piece construction, premium tonewoods and Bartolini pickups & electronics, the A64 Plus FMMH delivers the sound and playability a professional musician needs.

MAHOGANY BODY WITH FIGURED MAPLE TOP: The warm, emphasized low-mid range of the Mahogany is complemented by the high-mid range and treble of the 5-piece Maple & Wenge neck for a perfectly balanced and coherent sound. The Flamed Maple top on the body adds an enhanced high-class appearance and a touch of tonal definition.

BARTOLINI MK-1 PICKUPS: The patented Bartolini sound is preserved in the MK-1 while providing excellent sound quality and value. The MK-1s deliver plenty of punchy, warm mids along with bright, transparent highs for a supremely balanced sound.

BARTOLIN MK-1 EQ: Bartolini's renowned MK-1 preamp provides a powerful yet transparent boost along with its trademark high-end performance. The MK-1s transfer the natural liveliness of bass through a flexible 3-band EQ for a variety of applications ranging from studio recording to large concert halls. It also provides a switchable active/passive mode for a powerful modern active sound or an organic traditional passive sound.

THROUGH-BODY MAST CONSTRUCTION: When it comes to punch and sustain, nothing beats thru-body neck construction. The strings vibrate through the body and neck in a coherent, linear manner, maximizing tight bass with rich mids and singing highs.

 HIPSHOT TRANSTONE BRIDGE: The string-through-body construction and top-loading construction facilitates greater tonal range while adding punch and improving sustain, perfectly complementing the tighter string tension of the longer 34" scale and the focused sound.

5 PCS MAST. MAPLE & PANGA PANGA: The strength and brightness of the Maple are ideally balanced by the warm midrange of the Panga Panga, resulting in excellent playability, feel and tonal definition.

HIPSHOT ULTRALITE TUNERS: Artisan basses are equipped with Ultralite Hipshot tuners (20:1 classic tuning ratio) which is made of die-cast zinc with aluminum string posts and mounting nuts, resulting in a 30% weight reduction over other tuners. regular tuners and resulting in improved balance and accurate tuning.
