The new G280 Select is a revamped follow-up to the previously popular G280DX, with a newly added pearloid pick guard, Rosewood fingerboard, and hot Voiced Tone VTH-77 humbucker with metal cover for that high-end, boutique feel. solid construction. Designed with the best workmanship and performance, the G280 Select is comprised of an Alder body with Flamed Maple top and HSS pickup configurations for a versatile sound that can be used in both classical and modern music genres.

Alder Body with Flamed Maple Top: The Alder body provides a warm, full-bodied tone, while the Flamed Maple top not only adds beauty but bolsters the overall sound with a strong, bright upper-midrange.

Voiced Tone VTS-63 and VTH-77 Pickup Set: The fatter, hotter-toned VTH-77 bridge humbucker and VTS-63 single-coil pickups perfectly complement the guitar's robust sound signature with a modern clarity in clean settings and a punchy bite with great sustain when using overdrive and distortion settings.

Cort® CFA-III Tremolo: This uncompromising tremolo system features stainless steel saddles, machined solid steel block, and steel baseplate to provide super-improved sustain, faster, punchier pick attack, and more coherent fundamental tone and balanced. The recessed tremolo bridge allows you to pull the lever (pull-ups) to raise the pitch and push down to lower the pitch, providing greater tremolo versatility.

Compound Radius Fingerboard (12" - 16"): A deluxe feature for players who like to go from an easy chord in the low register to a high-speed solo and improved string bending in the high register, the Composite radius makes playing easier so you can focus on your playing.
