The highly sought after roasted maple neck and fingerboard, which have been market tested and proven by the B4/B5 ASRM models, provide greater stability as well as a more vintage look and bolder big tone.

By treating the maple in a high-temperature oxygen-free kiln, the wood is stabilized and develops a golden-brown appearance for greater stability, as well as a more vintage look and a bolder great tone.

ASH BODY

Ash is one of the most popular and widely used woods for solid body electric guitars and basses. It's lightweight but has a surprisingly loud, tight punchy sound with an emphasis on the upper midrange. This character makes Ash a prized tonewood for discerning bassists who want a strong fundamental tone that carries through and is heard clearly in the mix. The natural beauty of Ash with its distinctive grain patterns makes it ideal for transparent, natural finishes.

VTB-ST VOICED TONE PICKUP SET

The new Voiced Tone J-style single-coil pickups perfectly complement the bass's big, robust acoustic sound with modern clarity, transparency and vintage warmth. Painstakingly developed by Cort engineers by leveraging decades of pickup winding experience, Voiced Tone pickups feature the highest grade components and winding techniques to allow the guitar's natural character to be faithfully delivered to the amplifier.
